Do you believe that a person that is charitable and volunteers is a person that most likely has good values or good character(some call it christian values)?  A person with good character usually has those traits in both personal and business portions of their lives.  I wish to apply to be your Birmingham realtor.  These are some of my qualifications.

I am a charitable, volunteering person.  Here are some of the things I have done.

• Walked the Susan G Komen 60 mile 3 day cancer walks multiple times
• Give blood frequently
• Raise vegetables for food pantries
• Volunteereds at Habitat for Humanity, sick kids camps, foster homes, home less shelter, and veterans shelter
• Sponsored and ran White Lake Cardboard Boat Races for cancer

I am a giving, sharing person that volunteers and gives to help others less fortunate.  I have been blessed in life and like to give back.  But that is just one of my qualifications to make your next real estate move easier and less stressful.

  Sold a home in 2014 in MI 48383.

  Russ listed and helped me get a vacant lot on a busy road sold. He took the time to market the lot to builders and the general public. It sold in a reasonable time. I would consider using Russ's service again to sell or buy!

  Russ helped sell my home within a few weeks of it being on the market. Not only was he able to sell it quick he was able to get the amount that I was asking. Russ also helped me purchase my new home. He met with us to review our wants and needs. And by the evening he was send us home to rank and view on his website. By the following day he had already schedule home viewing based off your ranking. We viewed several homes. Although we were picky Russ always remained professional and responsive. After a few week of this Russ call me one day and said he had a home he would like us to visit. We did and I'm proud to say that we purchased that home and have been living in there happily since August. I have and will continue to refer Russ to my friends and family.

  Russ was an exceptional realtor. We were not sure we really wanted to move so Russ took us around to several Oakland County Lakes and explained about the different lakes. We found a lakefront home we really loved and put in an offer. The sellers got another offer and tried to get out of the deal. Russ was able to negotiate and keep the deal together. He held the seller's feet to the fire and we got the home we wanted.
