One of the draws of Northville is that has easy access to I-275 and M-14.  So downtown Detroit, Ann Arbor, and the airport a just a short hop.  So Ford executives, workers that are employed downtown, and many other people that work on the south or west side of Detroit find Northville a central location. The location of the subdivision is between 5 and 6 mile roads and between Northville Rd and Sheldon Roads.
