Colony Farms Subdivision Plymouth Michigan

Colony Farms is one of Plymouth Michigan's smaller subs with only 98 homes in it.  The homes were constructed between 1973 - 1978.   Plymouth is one of western Wayne County's most sought after areas.  Plymouth has always been on the list when Metro Detroit relocation buyers call me.
 
The characteristics of the subdivision's homes are: mostly Colonial and a few ranch style homes, the homes range from 2300 - 2700 square foot, have brick exteriors & brick/vinyl & brick/alum & brick/wood exteriors, 2 car garages, 3-4 bedrooms,  2.5 + bathrooms, basements.

The children in the sub go to Plymouth Canton Schools  There are many fine private schools nearby too. 

The city of Plymouth is centrally located about halfway between Downtown Detroit and Ann Arbor.  You have major league hockey, football, and hockey within 30 minutes of home.  You have major malls in three different directions from the city all within 20 minutes.  Whatever you need you will find it is just a short drive away.  The subdivision is between Joy Rd and Ann Arbor Rd and between Ridge and Beck.
