Fairfield Farms subdivision has about 161 homes in it.  The homes in the sub were constructed between 1973 -1976.  The children that live in the sub go to Novi Community Schools. Novi school system is very good school system.  Many Oakland County home buyers pick Novi homes over surrounding areas because of the school.
