Huntington Park Subdivision Plymouth Michigan

Huntington Park subdivision is one of Plymouth's middle sized sub with 166 homes in it.  The homes were constructed between 1998 - 2006.  You may like that the sub is child friendly with sidewalks throughout the sub making it easy to walk with strollers and taking your dog for a walk.  Another great feature of the neighborhood is that the homes sit on larger lots.  You will not be sitting on top of your neighbor.  The neighborhood does have a home owners association so if you have a dog you will have to get an invisible fence.  No fences are allowed unless you have a pool.

Plymouth Canton Schools will be where your children go if you buy a home here.  There are over a 1000 full time teachers in the school system.

So many Michigan relocation home buyers love Plymouth for it's good schools and it's central location.  The subdivision is between Powell and North Territorial Rd and between Ridge and Napier.

There are walking paths for those who like to take evening walks. Here is one of the commons areas in the sub with 2 ponds and some benches to sit and watch the duck and geese.  Also you can see in the photo the paved walking path.

The subdivision almost has two parts to it.  The Eastern end of the subdivision has a little larger homes and larger lots than the western end of the subdivision.


Huntington Park subdivision is a large subdivision, but there are a few homes that have a few of this cell phone tower.  When you go to sell your Plymouth home this could be one factor that detracts value from your home.
