Internet Marketing - Orchard Lake homes for sale

It doesn't matter whether you have a home for sale in Orchard Lake or a home for sale in any Metro Detroit County, internet marketing should be your major focus for advertising.

You have to look at the internet like a billion page book.   You want your home to show up in as many pages as possible.  Sounds simple doesn't it.   My goal as your listing agent is get your home out in front of as many potential buyers as possible.  Thousands of metro Detroiters are surfing the internet every night looking at homes.

My task is to get your home listed in every place possible.  Most Metro Detroit real estate agents list your home on the MLS and call it a day.  But that is not the best way or only way to internet market your home.  My assistant is constantly putting adds on Craig's list.  Metro Detroit home buyers check out Craig's list in the hope of finding a for sale by owner or some home that is not listed on the MLS.  This allows your home to show up to a buyer that may miss your home because it does not fit in their criteria.

Blogging is another way of getting your Orchard Lake home out in different places.  If you do not know what blogging is this is an explanation of blogging.  Blogging is done by many ordinary individuals and by experts.  It is a internet way of writing to get information out to web surfers.  I, as a realtor I blog to give out information on the local real estate market.  I blog to get clients (buyers and sellers) and to sell your house.  We usually blog about your house 5 to 10 times.  We blog about your home on different blog sites so your home may show up.

We also send your home out to syndications.  The syndications then submit your home to various websites.  Our MLS send your home to various websites, but by sending to other syndications we have the ability to get your home on other major websites.  
I have six local real estate websites that over 30,000 metro Detroit's go to each month.   That's our goal to have your house everywhere it can be on the internet.  We want your home to show up to the greatest pool of potential buyers possible.
