Jamestown Green Sub has about 198 homes in it.  The homes were constructed between 1983 -1991.

The characteristics of the homes are:  colonial homes range from 1500 - 2300 square foot, most ranches are in the 1200 square footage range, mostly Ranch and Colonial styles, brick exteriors, 2 car garages, 3-4 bedrooms, 1 + bathrooms, basements 

Novi Community Schools are one of the reasons so many Metro Detroit home buyers want to live in Novi.  Novi schools have a very good reputation in the area.  Novi high School is right across the street from the sub.  The children in the sub would attend Deerfield Elementary School.  

From the sub you can walk across 10 Mile Rd to the library, and the high school.  The location of the subdivision is between 10 and 11 mile roads and between Meadowbrook and Taft Roads.  For the lady in the house Novi's mega shopping area near 12 Oaks Mall is just a short drive away.  There are many restaurants, entertainment venues, and bars in that area.
