Lakes of Northville subdivision.   The sub has a rolling terrain and some of the homes back up to a small lake called Waterford Lake that is shared by Cascades subdivision.  Lakes of Northville has about 304 homes in it.  The homes were built during the years of 1979 -1986.  You will find mature trees in the sub.  Fences are not allowed unless you have a pool.   You enter the subdivision off 6 Mile Rd.  The location of the subdivision is between 6 and 7 mile roads and between Haggerty and Northville Roads.  The sub is close to what I call restaurant row.  On Haggerty Rd (which is about a mile from the sub) between 5 Mile Rd and 9 Mile Rd you will find every type of restaurant you want from fast food to coneys to Italian to high end steak houses.  Within three miles is Laurel Park Place Mall, within 2 miles you will find grocery stores, banks, doctors offices, and many other stores.  If you are looking for parks Hines Drive park system starts in Northville (about 2 miles down the road) and has over 20 parks for hiking, fishing, disc golfing, picnicking, and bicycle riding.
