The home styles around the lake are split level, ranch, colonial and contemporary homes. There are between 20 and 25 homes on Leonard Lake. The lake homes range from 1200 to 2000 square feet, and there are some larger homes that are up to 2600 square feet. The majority of the lake homes were built between the 1960’s and the 1990’s.

The lake frontage for the homes on the lake ranges between 50 and 100 feet. Some of the homes have a double lot that can be as large as an acre and a half.

Leonard Lake Information

Leonard Lake is not a large lake. The lake is 28 acres with a maximum depth of 75 feet. The lake is an all sports and private lake.

The lake is named in the honor of the Harvey Leonard family who owned the land surrounding the lake in 1835. The lake was originally names Curtis Lake and was later renamed.

Leonard Lake is located north of M59, west of N Milford, south of White Lake Rd  and west of Harvey Lake Rd.
