Maple Hill subdivision has about 174 homes in it. The homes were constructed between 1971 -1990. It does have a home owners association and fences are not allowed unless there is a pool.
The characteristic of the homes are: mostly Colonial, ranches, tudors, and Cape Cod style,colonial homes range from 2500 - 3200 square foot, square footage of the ranches are 2000 -2200 brick/wood, brick exteriors, 2 car garages, 3-4 bedrooms, 2 + bathrooms, basements ( a few walkout).

You enter the sub off 6 Mile Rd. The location of the subdivision is between 6 and 7 mile roads and between Haggerty and Northville Rd. The sub is one of the eastern most subdivisions in Northville making travel time much shorter because of easy highway access to I-275 (only about a mile down the road). M-14, I-96, and I- 696 are all within 10 minutes of the sub. Metro Airport is about 30 minutes away for the home buyer that has to travel a lot.
Grocery stores, shopping centers, malls, banks, doctors, dentists are all close by. You can find all the major store you have been used to shopping at within a half hour or less of the subdivision.
Children in the subdivision will go to one of the best schools systems in Metro Detroit Northville Schools The children will go to nearby Winchester Elementary and the recent built Northville high school.
