New England Subdivision Plymouth Michigan

New England Village subdivision has about 126 homes in it.  The homes were constructed between 1965 - 1967.  Here is the square footage of the homes:

• ranch homes range from 1300 - 1800 square foot
• cape cod homes range from 1600 - 1800 square foot
• split level homes range from 1700 - 2100 square foot
• colonial homes range from 1700 - 2400 square foot

The common features of the sub's homes are: mostly Colonial, ranch, split level, and Cape Cod style, brick exteriors & brick/vinyl & brick/aluminum exteriors, 2 car garages, 3-4 bedrooms,  2.5 + bathrooms, basements 

The children go to Plymouth Canton Schools.  Plymouth Canton schools consistently rank high in the State of Michigan rankings.  
In August 2011, the Michigan Department of Education released a list of Michigan schools, ranked “top to bottom.” This annual ranking is required by federal law in order for states to receive federal education dollars. This is the second year of the requirement. The rankings are based on the following:
• Student achievement.
• Student improvement.
• Achievement gaps between students.
• Graduation rate (high schools only).
The ranking number of each school represents “percentile rank.” A percentile rank depicts the percent of schools that lie below and above a particular school. The subdivision is between Sheldon and Beck Rd Rd and between N Territorial Rd and M-14.  There are so many different stores within 20 minutes of the sub.  Urgent care, and a major hospital are just a short ride away.  What ever you are used to you will find in the surrounding cities of Livonia, Canton, and Northville.
