North Beacon Woods Subdivision Northville Michigan

North Beacon Woods has about 164 homes in it.  The homes were constructed between 1979 -1989. There is a home owners association.  Some of the homes back to woods.

The children in the sub go to one of the outstanding school districts in the area Northville Schools.  The schools that the kids will go to are Moraine Elementary, Hillsdale Middle school, and Northville High School.

The characteristics of the homes are: mostly Colonial and Cape Cod style, homes range from 2400 - 4100 square foot, brick/vinyl, brick exteriors, 2 car garages, 3-4 bedrooms, 2 + bathrooms, basements.

You enter the sub off 8 Mile Rd.  The location of the subdivision is between 7 and 8 mile roads and between Taft and Beck Roads.  Like so many of Northville subdivisions you will find that you are only a short drive to downtown Northville or a long walk there.  I would estimate it is about a mile to walk there.  Downtown Northville is full of quaint shop, good eateries, and even Northville Downs a horse race track.

Northville Michigan is conveniently located close to malls and all the stores, restaurants, malls that any lady needs.  One of metro Detroit's fine hospital Providence Hospital is about 4 miles down Beck Road from the subdivision.
