North Haven Woods Subdivision is just a small subdivision which makes it nice and quiet.  Plus there is very little traffic in the sub.  It only has about 41 homes in it.  The homes were constructed between 2004 -2005.

The characteristics of the homes are: mostly Colonial and Cape Cod style, homes range from 2400 - 3100 square foot, brick exteriors, 3 car garages, 3-4 bedrooms, 2 + bathrooms, basements (some walkout & some daylight).


The children in the subdivision would go to wonderful Walled Lake Community Schools or a private school is you so choose.

The subdivision is located close to Walled Lake.  You can walk down the street and be on the lake if you make friends with one of the people on the lake.  The location of the subdivision is between 12 Mile and Pontiac Trail and between Beck and Novi Roads.  What is nice about the sub is that it is between the City of Walled Lake and the City of Novi.   So Novi's 12 Oaks shopping area is just about 5 minutes away.  You can shoot down the street to the movies, go bowling, or have a bite to eat.  There is easy highway access to I-696 at both Beck and Novi Roads.
