Northville Estates subdivision has a homeowners association.  The homes sit on good sized half acre lots.  Highland Lakes has about 164 homes in it.  The homes were constructed between the years of 1956 -1989.

The location of the subdivision is between 8 and 9 mile roads and between Taft and Beck Roads.  If you are just moving to the area do not worry about finding a store, restaurant, major hospital, or recreation area.
