Northville Hills Subdivision Northville Michigan

Northville Hills subdivision is centered around a signature Arnold Palmer golf course.  It does have a one homeowners association.  As with many of Northville's newer subdivisions you cannot have a fence unless you have a pool.  Most homeowners with dogs have an invisible fence.   The homes sit on good sized lots.  Residents enjoy a pool, tennis courts, and a fitness facility.  Not all of the homes sit on the golf course. 

Northville Hills has about 477 homes.  The homes were constructed by Toll Brothers builder between 2000 -2008.  Toll Brothers is one of the top builders in the state.

The children in the sub to one of the best school systems in the Western suburbs Northville Schools  Northville High School is across the street from the sub.  There are nearby city parks too.

The common characteristics of the homes are: mostly Colonial and Cape Cod style (and a couple ranches), homes range from 3000 - 4900 square foot, brick/stone exteriors, 3 & 3+ car garages, 3-4 bedrooms, 2 + bathrooms, basements (some walkout).

If you are moving to Michigan this sub has easy highway access down Sheldon Rd to M-14/I-96 or down Six Mile to I-275.  You are about halfway between Ann Arbor and downtown Detroit.  The airport is about 35 minutes away for the frequent traveler.  You can enter the sub off 6 Mile Rd or Sheldon Rd.  The location of the subdivision is between 5 and 6 mile roads and between Sheldon and Beck Roads.
