Orchard Ridge subdivision does have a homeowners association.  The sub does have sidewalk which many home buyers look for.  Orchard Ridge has about 182 homes.  The homes were constructed between 1980 -1986.

The characteristics of the homes are:  mostly ranch, tudor, and colonial styles, colonial homes range from 1800 - 2900 square foot, ranch homes range from 1700 - 1900 square foot, brick exteriors, 2 car garages, 3-4 bedrooms, 1 + bathrooms, basements.
