Parkstone Subdivision is just a small subdivision that sits back off Six Mile Rd. If you didn't know any better you would think that Parkstone and Northville Trails Subdivision were one sub. The neighborhood has about 68 homes in it. The homes were constructed between 1994 -1998. The neighborhood has a 2.9 acre park and a pond. Many of the homes back up to the park and the pond.
The characteristics of the homes are: mostly Colonial and Cape Cod style, homes range from 2800 - 3600 square foot, have brick exteriors, 3 car attached garages, 3-4 bedrooms, 2 + bathrooms, basements (some daylight, some walkout).

You couldn't ask for a better location in Northville. The neighborhood is so close to I-275 for easy highway access all over Metro Detroit. Northville sits about halfway between downtown Detroit and Ann Arbor. It is just a short 30 minute drive to Metro airport for those of you who have to travel a lot. If you are looking for lively old time city centers downtown Plymouth and downtown Northville are only about 10 minutes away
The neighborhood is located to some many places that homeowners need. Restaurants, grocery stores, banks, doctors, shopping malls are all nearby. Where ever you are moving from you will find that many of the stores you are used to are close to the neighborhood.
The children in the sub go to one of the premier school systems in Southeastern Michigan, Northville Schools The children will go to Winchester Elementary, Meads Mill Middle School, and Northville High School which are all down Six Mix Mile Road.
