Pine Ridge Subdivision Plymouth Michigan

Pine Ridge subdivision is one of Plymouth's smaller subdivisions.  It has only 35 homes in it.  The homes  are estate size homes on larger lots.  They were constructed between 1992 - 1997. 
 
The characteristics of the homes are:

•  mostly Colonial and Cape Cod style
•  homes range from 3600 - 4800 square foot
•  brick exteriors & brick/vinyl & brick/wood exteriors
•  3 + car garages
•  3-5 bedrooms
•  3.5 + bathrooms
•  Full basements (some walkout, some regular basements)

The children will go to Plymouth Canton Schools unless you send them to one of the many fine private schools in the area. 
In August 2011, the Michigan Department of Education released a list of Michigan schools, ranked “top to bottom.” This annual ranking is required by federal law in order for states to receive federal education dollars. This is the second year of the requirement. The rankings are based on the following:
• Student achievement.
• Student improvement.
• Achievement gaps between students.
• Graduation rate (high schools only).
The ranking number of each school represents “percentile rank.” A percentile rank depicts the percent of schools that lie below and above a particular school. For instance, if the percentile ranking for a school is 80 percent, that means that 80 percent of the schools on the list rank below it and 20 percent rank above it. Here are P-CCS rankings:

The subdivision is between Powell and Ann Arbor Rd and between Ridge and Napier.
