Plymouth Hills subdivision is one of many Plymouth's subdivision.  It is not a large subdivision it only has 56 homes in it.  The homes were constructed between 1950 - 1964.  
Here are the main characteristics of the sub's homes:

• mostly Colonial, ranch, and split level style
• brick exteriors & brick/vinyl & brick/wood exteriors
• ranch homes range from 1600 - 2400 square ft.
  colonials range from 2000 - 2400 square ft.
  split level homes range from 2500 - 2850 square ft
• 2 & 3 car garages
• 3-4 bedrooms
• 1.5 & 2.5 + bathrooms
• basements

Plymouth-Canton Community Schools operates 15 elementary schools, five middle schools, three high schools and an alternative high school program.  To additionally support our community, the district provides extensive preschool programming as well as before-school and after-school child care and summer care programs for elementary and middle school students. Over 3,000 full-time and part-time employees work to provide our students with the educational opportunities they need to become productive citizens in a global community.

The subdivision is between Powell and North Territorial Rd and between Ridge and Beck, which is very close to a M-14 highway entrance at M-14.  Within 5 minutes is downtown Plymouth with a historic city center and Kellogg Park.  Restaurants, bars, coffee shops, shops, and taverns are what makes this lively downtown a destination for so many Metro Detroiters.
