Plymouth Meadows Subdivision Plymouth Michigan

Plymouth Meadows subdivision is just a very small sub with 35 homes of varying ages in it.  The homes were constructed between 1979 - 2004.  
The characteristics of the homes in the sub are: mostly Colonial and Cape Cod style, homes range from 3400 - 7800 square foot, brick exteriors & brick/vinyl & brick/wood exteriors, 3 + car garages, 4-5 bedrooms,  3.5 + bathrooms, basements (some walkout, some regular basements).

Plymouth Canton Schools are one of the better schools in Wayne County.  The children in the subdivision will have bus transportation if necessary.  Plymouth-Canton Community Schools operates 15 elementary schools, five middle schools, three high schools and an alternative high school program. To additionally support our community, the district provides extensive preschool programming as well as before-school and after-school child care and summer care programs for elementary and middle school students. Over 3,000 full-time and part-time employees work to provide our students with the educational opportunities they need to become productive citizens in a global community.

The City of Plymouth is ideally located close to the I-275 expressway which connects you to all the major highways in Metro Detroit.  Major malls, great hospitals, major league sports teams are all within a 15 minute to 30 minute car ride.  The subdivision is between Joy Rd and Ann Arbor Rd and between Ridge and Beck.
