Quail Ridge subdivision has about 68 homes.  The homes site on good sized lots with mature trees.  Some lots are heavily wooded.  A few homes even have a stream behind them.  The homes were constructed between 1980 -1987.
Northville Schools have been known for years as one of western Wayne and Oakland County's better school systems. Teachers help the students achieve above average state test results on the MEAP tests.

The neighborhood is only about a mile from Downtown Northville with all of it's great shops, restaurants, and taverns.  You enter the sub off 8 Mile Road.  The subdivision is located between 7 and 8 mile roads and between Meadowbrook and Novi Roads.
Within 4 miles you will find the shopping area at Novi Rd and I-696 with many, many stores.  Or you could go towards I-275 and go to Haggerty Road that is full of restaurants and so many stores.
