Ravines of Northville subdivision is not a huge neighborhood. It has a homeowners association. Like so many of Northvilles newer subdivisions no fences are allowed unless you have a pool. Ravines of Northville has about 115 homes in it. The homes were constructed between 1999 -2001. Some of these custom built homes back to Hines nature preserve.
Northville Schools are usually my relocation clients top choice when they relocate to Michigan. Northville students usually score higher than the average area students on state MEAP tests.
Characteristics of the homes are: mostly Colonial and Cape Cod style, homes range from 3500 - 4200 square foot, brick and wood exteriors, 3 car + side entry garages, 3-5 bedrooms, 2 + bathrooms, basements some walkout.
Some of the other fine features of the homes are:
The sub is located right across the street from the Township offices. You have highway access to M-14 (2 miles) or I-275 (less than 5 miles). The subdivision is located between 6 and 7 mile roads and between Northville and Sheldon Roads. From the neighborhood you can shoot down Sheldon Road to downtown Plymouth or north on Sheldon to downtown Northville. Restaurants, shopping, and local festivals, and community activities are just a short ride away.
Here are the streets that are in the Ravines of Northville subdivision:
