Riverbridge subdivison has about 55 homes in it and does have a home owners association.  The homes were constructed between 1992 -1994.  The sub is really just one street with about 3 small courts off of it.

The main characteristics of the homes are:  mostly Colonial and Cape Cod style, homes range from 2100 - 2400 square foot, brick exteriors, 2 car garages, 3-4 bedrooms, 2 + bathrooms, basements.

The subdivision located between 8 and 9 Mile Rd and between Meadowbrook and Novi Roads.   You can enter the sub through Chase Farms subdivision off 8 Mile or enter off 9 Mile Rd
