Moving to Rochester MI

Downtown Rochester MISo many relocation buyers get there information about relocating to Rochester Hills and Rochester from co-workers, the internet, friends, and family members.  It is a great community to move to and you will be glad to know there are homes of every size for your family.  When moving to Metro Detroit from out of state you sometimes are confused on where to focus your search.  Over the years I have taken so many metro Detroit relocation buyers around.  We may start in one area and end up in a totally different area.  It's all about finding the best community for your family.  What I have to say is that most people talk as if the City of Rochester and Rochester are one and the same community even though they are different communities.

Sometimes it is about schools, sometimes it is just the feeling you get when you see the home and the town.  When you check out Rochester Michigan you may love that it has a vibrant downtown. If you come to the city in late November or December you will be amazed. The business owners all get together and completely cover their businesses in Christmas Lights.  Rochester's downtown area is very active. Thousands of people come to the annual "Arts and Apples Arts festival" in the fall.  This is what the downtown area merchants have written about the area.

A perfect mix of historic and hip, downtown Rochester attracts both local residents and visitors from across the state of Michigan. Downtown Rochester is home to more than 350 shops, salons, restaurants and professional service businesses; 85% of which are independent merchants.   Just a small number of national chains.  Which makes the stores and restaurants more unique.  Downtown Rochester’s natural beauty is attributed to the waterways that surround the city and the abundant green space that three parks and two winding trails offer.  Whether you’re here for a day, a week or a lifetime, we hope you enjoy your visit.  They mean that too....So come check out the city.  The city has over 25 churches too.

Save thousands and thousands of dollars when selling your home.  I have some of the lowest home selling commissions.  Why pay full commission to a real estate agent and give away your hard earned money.  Are you willing  to over pay for selling your home?  Give me a text or call today 248-310-6239 to see how much your home is worth and how much you can keep in your pocket.
