Sugden Lake real estate consists of homes that were built as early as 1920 and as recent as 2004. There is a wide variety of lake home styles on the lake including ranchs, bungalows, cape cods, split levels and colonials. Smaller homes on the lake are mostly ranches as small as 600 to 800 square feet. The largest home on the lake is a colonial that is about 9500 square feet.

On the lake there are some larger and steep lots that are not as close together as some of the other homes on the lake. The roads around the lake are not paved, they are dirt roads. With the smaller homes on the lake, and the dirt roads it give you the up north atmosphere without the travel.

Sugden Lake Location

Sugden Lake is in White Lake Township. The lake is located west of Oxbow Lake Rd and northeast of Bogie Lake Rd. Lakes that are close to Sugden Lake include Bogie Lake, which is an electric motor lake. Also Cedar Island Lake that is an all sport and publice lake. Brendal Lake and Neva Lake are both all sport lakes and are also private.

Sugden Lake Information

Sugden Lake is a 67 acre lake with a maximum depth of 43 feet. The lake is a private and all sports lake that is spring fed. There is low boat traffic on the lake which allows for the excellent opportunity of active water sports such as water skiing, tubing, wake boarding and jet skiing. There is also time for fishing, kayaking and cruising.
