Tull Lake in White Lake Michigan

Tull Lake lakefront home and real estate  information

Most of the lakefront homes are split levels, ranches, or colonials.  In the late 90's they dredged out a swampy area and made a new bay.  On the new bay they built bigger colonials that range from 3000 square foot to 5000 square foot.  The majority of the are on the bay though there are a few on the main lake.

Tull Lakefront homes  in Twin Lakes subdivision. I would say the subdivision is about evenly split between older ranches and splits levels and newer and larger colonials.

Many of the smaller ranchs, tri-levels, quad-levels that were built in the 1960's and 1970's.  Some of them have been nicely updated with newer granite kitchens and updated baths. (But of course there are some that have not been updated.  The ranch lakefront homes range in size from 1300 square foot to 3600 square foot with the majority of them less than 2000 square foot.  The split level lakefront homes range in the same size.

Tull Lake is a Long round lake with quite a few different small bays.  It also has 3 small islands on the lake.  Two of them are on the main lake and one is in one of the bays.  It is shallow around the lakes.  The size of Tull Lake is 90 acres with a maximum depth of 10 -12 feet.

Tull Lake, White Lake, Michigan is a private all-sports lake that is relatively small.  I would almost call it a put-put lake if I hadn't been on it myself.  During the day there are a few people that ski, tube, and wakeboard on the lake.

But over all it is a relatively quiet lake. It does not allow jet skis on the lake,

Tull Lake is not a very busy lake.  If you are a saloom skier it may be a lake for you to look at.  If there are four pontoon boats on the lake, that's a busy time.  You will only see one or two boats out there.

The majority of the boats on the lake are pontoons, though there are some skiers and wakeboarders out there.

Tull Lake is an ideal kayaking lake too! There are lots of little coves and islands to go around.  And not too much boat traffic to creat big waves.

The lake is a man made lake and was developed in the late 1950's.  Tull Lakefront homes are typical for 1960's and 1970's homes.

Call me to see if there are any Tull Lake homes currently for sale, or any other White Lake front homes that fit your needs.

Like most Oakland County MI Lakes there are not a lot of wide open spaces or privacy.  As of 2011 there are only a couple of vacant lakefront properties. Tull Lake front properties do have a little more space than many other lake front properties in Oakland County Michigan.  Some of the lots have about 100' frontage.  Which is a little different where sometimes Oakland County lake lots are 40' wide.

There is plenty of lake access homes near Tull Lake.  Twin Beach subdivision has lake access to the park and the lake.

Fishing is fairly good on the lake.  It isn't a deep lake so there are any deep holes or drop offs.  It is a private lake so you can't just drop a boat in.
