West Bloomfield Home Inspectors

Here is some information when it comes to home inspectors for buying your West Bloomfield home:

Always ask your real estate agent for 3 to 5 home inspector names. As a real estate agent, we have to be impartial. Of course we want the home inspection to pass, but unless you are an unethical agent. You want your client to buy a good house that does not have safety, environmental, or health issues that could add up to costly repairs. So to ever avoid from hearing that I gave you an inspector that looked the other way and overlooked repairs, I give well over 3 names. 

I do not mind if you find one on the internet or Craig's list. So long as they have experience and some certification in home inspections, I am fine with whomever you pick. If you pick a friend or even somebody that had no experience in home inspections, it is not my call to make. It is you, the West Bloomfield home buyer, that will have to deal with any consequences. 

Is West Bloomfield safe?

So if a real estate agent give with one name as for 2-4 more home inspectors. Make a choice of who you want and you believe is best for the job. Remember all the home inspectors are on your side. SOme may not be as good as other, but they are working for you to find issues. It is their job to find the issues, and they try hard. The home inspectors that have some certification or recent experience in the building trades will be more likely to explain the remedies to the issues and give you some rough estimates. 

The poor home inspector will be more likely to blow a small problem into a major costly problem to "show how good he is." That is the type of inspector you do not want. I have seen the good and the bad in West Bloomfield home inspectors over the years. I want you to get one of the good ones that can find the problems, and give you good estimates. 

I honestly do not care if it is this West Bloomfield home or any other home. We will find you a house, but I want it to be a good one and I want you to be happy. Happy the home inspector found a major issue that saved you from buying the house or happy with getting the home of your dreams.
