Almost everybody has a dream home in the back of their mind. The first thing to remember is that no home is perfect. And a used home will need work. What you want to do is to get as many of the things you really want. Buying a home is a compromise for all the parties involved. Your husband may have to have some things and you have to have the first floor laundry. My job is to get you all of the things as we possibly can without going over your budget.
What you need to do is to sit down, and write down your most important things you want in a home. You can use my gotta have dream home list. This will get you thinking about what you want. It will save you time and trouble when looking for a home. But for too many people, a dream Wayne County homes, or Oakland County homes, or Livingston County homes,remain just that--dreams. Because when they go out looking they forget what they want, get frustrated, and end up just buying any home. Planning ahead will bring you closer to your dreams. Use me and my resources to the fullest and you will end up liking your moving experience better.

Searching for local Michigan homes and real estate over the net is so much easier than browsing a newspaper because you can key in your personal search criteria and don´t have to be bothered with the vast number of listings that aren´t for you. You can search Michigan Homes for sale on my site. This search allows you to search Wayne, Oakland, Washtenaw, and Livingston County real estate from your home at your convenience.
Local newspapers would be a better bet in case you are looking to buy a house in the same locality. Sunday newspapers generally have a number of good listings.
