We are the people that are buying your house.  We know it is a busy and crazy tiem trying to pack to move.  As you are going thru things and packing can you put these items in a zip lock bag?

1.)  All the keys to the front door, back door, garage door, gates, or sheds
2.)  Any remotes or garage door openers.
3.)  Any manuals on the furnace, water heater, air condition, or anything else in the house would greatly be appreciated.
4.)  Alarm code. 
5.)  Anything that you can write down to help us get settle such as trash day, repair people that you have used, lawn cutter's number,  association numbers, and neighborhood directory would help us.
