Willowbrook Estates subdivision is actually 3 subdivisions.  Willowbrook Estates has approximately 443 homes in it.  The homes were primarily built during the 1950's but there are homes built in the 1970's and 1980's

The homes are mostly Ranch and Colonial styles.  Most of the homes have brick exteriors, 2 car garages, 3-4 bedrooms, 1 + bathrooms, basements (some ranchs are on slabs).
