Woodlands Subdivision Northville Michigan

Woodlands North subdivision has about 248 varied homes.  This is not a cookie cutter sub.   The neighborhood has a homeowners association. So if you have a dog you will have to get an invisible fence because fences are not allowed unless you have a pool.  What is nice about the neighborhood is that the lots are good size.  There are cul de sac lots, and wooded lots too. 
 The homes were constructed between 2000 - 2004 and built by Pulte homes.  Pulte Homes is one of the nation's top builder.  They work hard to have the best customer satisfaction rating possible.  There are walking paths  around and through the neighborhood.  There are some fairly large commons areas.
The children in the neighborhood will go to one of metro Detroit's premier schools.  Northville Schools and the students consistently score above average on the states MEAP tests. 
The characteristics of the homes are: the home sizes range from 2500 to about 4000 square feet, mostly Colonial and Cape Cod style brick/vinyl, brick exteriors, 2 & 3 car garages, 3-4 bedrooms, 2 + bathrooms, basements.
