Woodside Village subdivision is just a small neighborhood. It has two entrances off Haggerty Road. It is a U-shaped road with 5 or 6 small cul de sacs off of it. This is a homey type of subdivision because of the large mature trees. Some of them towering over 60 feet. There is a homeowners association. So like all of Northville's newer subs you cannot have fences unless you have a pool. Woodside Village has about 117 homes in it. The homes were constructed between 1991 -1997. Sidewalks and street lights make this neighborhood ideal for walking the dog, pushing the stroller, and walking with your children or grandchildren.
The features of the homes are: mostly Colonial, ranch, and Cape Cod style, Colonial and Cape cod homes range from 2900 - 3400 square foot, ranches are from 2400 -2600 square foot, brick exteriors, 2 & 3 car side entry garages, Asphalt driveways, 3-4 bedrooms, 2 + bathrooms, basements.

The location of the subdivision is between 5 and 6 mile roads and between Haggerty and Bradner Roads.
Grocery stores, banks, and even a mall is within minutes of Woodside Village.
