Addington subdivision is not a huge subdivision, it only has about 151 homes in it. The homes were built during the years of 1993 -1999. The subdivision is within walking distance of the high school and Novi Woods elementary school. Across the street is Ella Mae Power Park which host baseball/soccer games throughout the summer. It is a nice park to take the kids to.

The styles of the home are mostly Colonial and Cape Cod style. The majority of the homes have brick exteriors, 3 car garages, 3-4 bedrooms, 2 + bathrooms, and basements. The general range of the square footage of the homes is from 2600 - 3500 square ft.

The subdivision is between 9 and 10 mile roads and between Taft and Beck Roads.
