Brendel Lake in White Lake Michigan

Brendel Lake in White Lake Township is what I would call a smaller lake. Brendel Lake is a private all sports lake. It is only about 89 acres in size. The deepest spot in the lake is only about 40 feet. There is no public access or public beaches on Brendel Lake. There are several spots that the local neighborhood associations have a small park/lake access area.

The lake is a long and narrow lake where I think most people could swim across it. You can see the lake from M-59 but it is the natural area with no homes at that end of the lake.             

The lake is large enough to ski on and I have heard the fishing is good. Because it is a longer and narrow lake you have a good run to ski.

Brendel Lake Location  

Brendel Lake is located in White Lake Township Oakland County MI. It is South of Highland Rd, East of Bogie Lake and West of Elizabeth Lake Rd.

Brendel Lake Real estate  

Brendel Lake homes/real estate are a mixed bag. Many of the homes are older, pre 1960. Some as old as 1929. Brendel Lake front homes have been added onto and remodeled. There are some homes that have been torn down and re-built new. I know there is one home that is 4500 square ft and was built in 2000. But overall I would call the lake "cottagey". You are not going to find lots of big expensive homes on this lake. If you are looking for status this probably wouldn't be the lake for you.
