Cedar Springs subdivision does have a homeowners association.  Cedar Springs is made up of about 227.  The homes were constructed in 1979 -1995.

The common features of the homes in the sub are:  mostly Colonial, Ranch, and Split Level style.  Most of the homes have brick/wood & brick/vinyl exteriors, 2 car garages, 3-4 bedrooms, 2 + bathrooms, basements.

The children in the sub will go Novi Community Schools  unless you home school them or send them to private schools.  Novi School System is an excellent school system.  Many people relocate to Novi because of the schools.  

 

Novi is conventiently located about halfway between Troy and Ann Arbor.  So many people choose the city because it is close to the I-696 corridor.  Add in the multitude of shopping and great restaurants makes Novi a great place to relocate to if moving to Michigan.  The location of Cedar Springs subdivision is between 10 and 11 mile roads and between Taft and Novi Roads.
