Deer Creek Subdivision Plymouth Michigan

Deer Creek is a beautiful sub with large lots.  It has about 106 homes in it.  The homes were constructed between 1989 - 1994.

The characteristics of the homes are: mostly Colonial, Cape Cod, ranch style homes, first floor laundry rooms, brick exteriors & brick/vinyl & brick/wood exteriors,  formal dining rooms, 2 & 3 & 3 + car garages, 4-5 bedrooms,  2.5 + bathrooms, and full basements.

Plymouth has shopping, stores, and restaurants all close by. You can find unique boutique type shops and non chain restaurants in Downtown Plymouth.  Then you will find big box stores up and down Ford Rd in Canton and down Ann Arbor Rd in Plymouth.  The location of the subdivision is between Powell and North Territorial Rd and between Ridge and Beck.
