I put all these subdivisions together because they are so close and are very similar. Bristol Corners subdivision does have a home owners association. When a newer Novi subdivision does have a home owners association that usually means fences are not allowed. They are Bristol Corners West, Bristol Corners South, Bristol Corners North, Bristol Farms. Bristol Corners subdivision has about 258 homes in it. The homes were constructed during the years of 1997 -2007.
The common characteristics of the homes are: Mostly Colonial and Cape Cod style. Most of the homes have brick exteriors, 3 car garages, 3-4 bedrooms, 2 + bathrooms, basements (some walkout). Range in size from 2600 - 3400 square ft.
The school district is Walled Lake Community Schools
You have easy highway access to I-696 and I-275 & M5 is just a short drive. The mega shopping area in Novi is less than 10 minutes away. If you cannot find what you need at Twelve Oaks Mall and all the surrounding stores.... I do not think your really need it! Places of worship, hospitals, and doctor's offices are just a short drive from Bristol Corners subdivision in Novi. The location of these Novi subdivisions is off West Park Roads. South of Pontiac Trail, North of 12 Mile Rd. East of Beck. The subdivision is close to Walled Lake
