Brecken Ridge Subdivision Plymouth Michigan

Brecken Ridge subdivision is just a tiny subdivision and has about 24 homes in it.  The homes were constructed in 1995.  Here are some photos of the homes in the neighborhood.  These are not homes for sale just examples of what the homes look like.  The homes are similar in style in some ways.



Here are the characteristics of the homes: mostly Colonial and ranch style homes, well manicured lawns, brick exteriors & brick/vinyl & brick/wood exteriors




The homes in the sub have 2 + car garages, 3-4 bedrooms,  1.5 + bathrooms, basements.  There is a sidewalk in the sub to walk with the kids, strollers, or to take the dog for a walk. 

Homes range from 1800 - 2300 square foot



The kids in the sub would go to Plymouth Canton Schools

Centrally located about halfway between downtown Northville  and downtown Plymouth makes it easy to go to music in the park on summer evenings or to go to the farmers market.  There is much to do between the two little downtowns.  The location of the subdivision is between I-275 and Northville Rd and between M-14 and 5 Mile Rd.
