Charlick Lake homes are mostly ranch and split level style homes with a few cape cods and colonials thrown into the mix. The smaller homes on the lake range between 1500 and 2000 square feet. The homes have approximately 80 to 100 feet of lake frontage, making a little more space between you and the neighbors.
The homes on the lake were built between the 1960’s and 1970’s. Living on the lake is similar to living in a subdivision and it is a simple drive from the lake into Milford.

Charlick Lake is an all sports and private lake. The lake is 50 acres and its maximum depth is 18 feet. The wake restriction on Charlick Lake is that there is no wake around the U-shaped area behind the island on the lake.
There are mostly pontoon and paddle boats on the lake. There is a small area for water sports.

Charlick Lake is located in Highland Township on Oakland County Michigan. The lake is south of Clyde Rd, east of Hickory Ridge Rd, west of Milford Rd and north of Middle Rd.
Charlick Lake Fishing
One of the residents said the fishing was good on the lake. The fish that can be found are crappie, northern pike, smallmouth bass and largemouth bass.
