Churchhill Crossing is one of Novi's newer subdivision that is located close to the Novi Library, Novi High School and the police station.  The sub has one homeowners association.  Churchhill Crossing has about 216 homes sites in it.  The homes were built during the years of 2002 -2010.  The children in the sub go to Novi Community Schools

The common characteristics of the homes are:   mostly Colonial and Cape Cod style.  Most of the homes have brick exteriors, 2 & 3 car garages, 3-4 bedrooms, 2 + bathrooms, basements (some walkout).  Homes range from 2700 - 3600 square ft.


The location of the subdivision is between 10 and 11 mile roads and between Taft and Novi Roads.  It is not to far to jump on I-696 and Novi's Twelve Oaks Mall is just a short drive down the road.
