Andover Lake Subdivision Plymouth Michigan

Andover Lakes subdivision has about 220 homes.  The homes were constructed between 1996 - 2008.  There are really only two styles of homes in the sub are colonial and cape cod style homes. The main characteristics of the homes are: brick exteriors & brick/vinyl & brick/wood exteriors, homes range from 1900 - 3300 square foot, 2 & 3 car garages, 3-4 bedrooms,  2.5 + bathrooms, basements (some walkout, some regular basements). 

The subdivision has some small lakes, I call them large ponds.  Very natural looking with logs and stumps in them.  The lakes/ponds are more of a natural, rustic look than a pristine, manicured look.  Some of the residents have told me they are great for watching wildlife.

Downtown Plymouth is about an eight minute ride down the road.  The sub is conviently located just a few short miles from an entrance to the M-14 expressway.  From M-14 you can get to I-275 and I-96 and all of metro Detroit's highways.  Ann Arbor and Downtown Detroit are within 30 minutes too.  The location of the subdivision is between North Territorial Rd and M-14 and Napier and between Gottfredson.
