Bellagio Subdivision Homes in Novi Michigan

 Novi has a couple of gated subdivisions and Bellagio is one of them.  Bellagio subdivision is one of Novi's nicest subdivision with million dollar estate sized homes.  It is one of Western Metro Detroits top subdivision.                 

Nicholas Lidstrom one of our local Red Wing hockey stars lives there.  But you will find a find top executives, business owners, doctors and other affluent families that want their privacy and a beautiful luxury estate.  What I always say is an indicator of how well built the homes are.... is that the builder lives in the subdivision too.

 Even though Bellagio subdivision is in Novi MI the children there would go to Northville schools unless of course they go to a private school.  Bellagio's entrance is off Beck Road between 8 Mile Rd and 9 Mile Rd in Novi, Oakland County.  

 This gated subdivision is not a big subdivision.  It only has 55 estate homes on 73 acres.  Many of Bellagio homes sit on .75 to .9 acre lots.  The entrance to Bellagio subdivision is a stately brick and iron entrance with beautiful landscaping.  Many of the homes have extensive landscaping.  Landscaping that costs more than some of Novi's smaller homes.  There is a four-acre central park graced with colorful gardens, walking paths and a classical limestone gazebo.

Like all Novi subdivisions there have been Bellagio foreclosures.
