Country Acres Subdivision Plymouth Michigan 

Country Acres / Country Club Village is one of Plymouth's newer sprawling subs.  It is a good sized sub with about 312 homes in it.  The homes sit on larger lots.  Most of the homes were constructed between 1997 - 2001. 

 

Many of the homes have two doors on the front of the home. The homes styles are mostly Colonial and Cape Cod.

                                                        

Most of the homes have brick exteriors, brick/stone/vinyl, brick/vinyl, brick/wood exteriors

The subdivision has beautiful large common areas for people to walk and play.  Look at the photo above with the pond and park bench.  It is just one of the many relaxing places right in your own back yard.  

Most of the homes have 1st floor laundry rooms, 3 + car garages, formal dining rooms, 3-5 bedrooms,  2.5 + bathrooms



 All of the homes have  full basements (some walkout, some daylight, some regular basements) and cozy fireplaces.

The sub's homes range from 3000 - 4500 square foot.



No of these homes are for sale.  These are just examples of homes that are in the subdivision. 

Country Acres Subdivision reside residents have the use of the community club house, inground pool, tennis courts, and play ground.  Not many Plymouth subdivisions have all these little extras.

The sub is on the west side of downtown Plymouth.  Downtown Plymouth is only a short ride away.  You can take a five minute ride to the famers market, or any of the many activities that are going on in the city.  The subdivision is between Powell and Ann Arbor Rd and between Ridge and Napier.
