This is what you need to bring to the closing.
1.) a copy of your driver's license (picture ID) and if possible your social security card 2.) a certified check made out to you in the amount the loan officer said to bring. 3.) a check book just in case the amount was wrong 4.) a copy of a paid receipt of your home owners insurance
Now that you are are the closing table be sure to get: 1.)All the keys to the front door, back door, garage door, gates, or sheds 2.) Any remotes or garage door openers. 3.) Any manuals on the furnace, water heater, air condition, or anything else in the house would greatly be appreciated. 4.) Alarm code. 5.) Anything that the sellers can write down to help you get settled such as trash day, repair people that you have used, lawn cutter's number, association numbers, and neighborhood directory would help us. 6.)
