The homes on Grass Lake are smaller ranch and bungalow homes, with a cottage style. There is also a log cabin on the lake, along with a few colonials. Grass Lake homes were built between the 1920's and the 1960's. There aer a handful of homes that were built after those years, in the late 70's and 80's. The homes on Grass Lake range between 800 and 2000 square feet. Most of these homes are located in the Steeple Hill subdivision on the west side. Some of the homes on the lake sit up on a hillside. Lake frontage for the homes on Grass Lake varies between 50 feet up to approximately 135 feet. The children that live on the lake attend Huron Valley School System.
Grass Lake Location
Grass Lake in located in White Lake Township in Oakland County Michigan. The lake is east of Ormond Rd and north of M-59. Take Grass Lake Rd east and you will see a small corner of the lake on your left side of the road. If you were to try to get to the lake from Ormond Rd, the roads are gravel.
Grass Lake Information
There are multiple islands on the lake and it is hard to tell whether or not it is an all sports lake. The lake is private. Grass Lake has not been developed as other lakes in White Lake and other areas in Oakland County because it is not a big lake. Grass Lake is 30.6 acres and is approximately 10 feet deep.
