Hills of Crestwood subdivision is sometimes called Crestwood Manor. It is a rolling subdivision with some homes backing to woods. It does have a homeowners association. There are no sidewalks in the sub.
The characteristics of the subdivision homes are: colonial homes range from 2900 - 4400 square foot, ranch homes range from 2400 - 2800 square foot, mostly Colonial and Cape Cod style and some ranches, have brick/wood, brick exteriors, 2 & 3 car garages, 3-4 bedrooms, 2 + bathrooms, basements.
One of the reasons Northville subdivisions are so highly desirable is because of the highly rated Northville School district. Children in the subdivision would go to Moraine Elementary and Hillside Middle School. Of course has some great private schools nearby too.
