Pheasant Hills subdivision Northville Michigan

When you enter Pheasant Hills subdivision you will find beautiful professionally landscaped homes and manicured lawns.  It was and still is one of Northville premier subdivisions.  The homes were originally built by Compo homes and Cambridge Builders.  The neighborhood was so nice that the builders even lived there.  As of 2008 there was even a Roman Catholic retired cardinal living in the subdivision.   Each home was custom built with the finest amenities.

The sub has a rolling topography that makes it ideal for walkout basement.  Many of these homes have wonderful elevations and archtechtual details that are not found in the average home. Pheasant Hills has about 136 homes in it.  The homes were constructed between 1988 -2006.

Northville Schools are considered one of the top school systems in the metro Detroit areas.  When my Metro Detroit relocation clients come into town Northville is always on the list because of it's award winning schools and high state MEAP test results.  

The characteristics of the homes are: mostly Colonial and Cape Cod style, homes range from 2800 - 4400 square foot,  brick/wood, brick exteriors, 2 & 3 car attached side entry garages, 3-4 bedrooms, 2 + bathrooms, basements (some walkout).

You can easily get to M-14, I-696, and I-275 highways so you can get anywhere in the metro Detroit area quickly.  The neighborhood between 8 and 9 mile roads and between Taft and Beck Roads.  You enter the sub off 8 Mile Road.  Downtown Northville is either a long walk or a short 3 minute drive.  Downtown is full of fine restaurants, quaint boutique style shops, and wonderful people.  It has become a destination for many Metro Detroit residents.

One of metro Detroit's fine hospitals, Providence Hospital is just 4 miles down the road.  Maybury State Park is only a mile away with acres for hiking and cross country skiing.  Novi's mega shopping area around 12 Oaks Mall has so many different stores for anybody's tastes.
