Arbor Village Subdivision has about 352 homes in it.  The homes were constructed between 1950 - 1968. The children in the sub will go to one of the better school systems in the area Plymouth Canton Schools
  
The common characteristics of the homes are: mostly Colonial, Cape Cod, and ranch style homes, ranch homes range from 900 - 1800 square foot, colonial homes range from 1400 - 2000 square foot, brick exteriors & brick/vinyl & brick/wood exteriors, 2 car garages, 3-4 bedrooms,  1.5 + bathrooms, basements.

You cannot ask for a sub that is more accessible to I-275 than this one.  If you pull out of the sub and turn left you are right at the highway entrance.  Shopping, stores are all close by.  Metro Airport is about a 25 minute ride.  The location of the subdivision is between I-275 and Haggerty Rd and between Ann Arbor Rd and Ann Arbor Trail.
