Autumn Park Subdivision Novi Michigan

Autumn Park subdivision does have a homeowners association.  Autumn Park has about 150 homes.  The homes are newer and were built during the years of 1996 -2006.  Fences are not allowed unless you have a pool. There are sidewalks and lamp posts so you can take a stroll through the well landscaped neighborhood.  This is great for taking a walk with a stroller and walking with a group.

Each home has a different elevation.  If you do not know what elevation is:  it basically means the front of the house features.  No two homes look exactly alike in the subdivision,  There are acres of parklands and wetlands that will guarantee that Autumn Park subdivision's wildlife will have a place to go.

The range of the square footage for many of the homes are 3000 - 4500.  Autumn Park subdivision home styles in the sub are mostly Colonial and Cape Cod style.  Most of the homes have brick exteriors, 3 car garages, 3-4 bedrooms, 2 + bathrooms, basements (some walkout & some daylight).

 Even though Autumn Park Subdivision is in Novi, the school district is Northville Schools.  The subdivision is between 9 and 10 mile roads and between Taft and Beck Roads.  Right down 10 Mile Road you will find the Novi Library.  Within three miles you can find a major hospital (Providence Hospital).
