Beacon Meadows Subdivision Plymouth Michigan 

Beacon Meadows subdivision has about 79 homes.  The homes were constructed between 1987 - 1990

. 

Beacon Meadows Subdivision has some beautiful custom built homes.  It used to be Plymouth's premier subdivision.... but of course over the years homes kept getting bigger and more expensive homes has the years went on.

The characteristics of the homes are: mostly Colonial, ranch, and Cape Cod style homes, colonial and cape cod homes range from 3500 - 5800 square foot, ranch range from 2300 - 2700 square foot, brick exteriors & brick/vinyl & brick/wood exteriors, 3 + car garages, 4-5 bedrooms,  3.5 + bathrooms, basements (some walkout, some regular basements).

                  
There are even pond view homes.  There is one pond and about eight homes have a pond view.  There is a commons area down to the pond.  On the North side of the subdivision there are about 8 homes that back up to M-14 expressway.  Those homes do have a little bit of road noise when you are outside.   The lots in the subdivisions are larger and most lots do not have a fence unless they have an in ground pool.

The homes pictured here are not for sale, but an example of what types of homes are in the subdivision. The children that live in the sub will go to  Plymouth Canton Schools which is better than many Wayne County school systems.
 
                                   
 



The sub is not too far from two M-14 highway entrance ramps.  From there you can be to downtown Detroit or Ann Arbor in about 30 minutes.  The airport is about the same drive.  The subdivision is located between North Territorial and M-14 and between Sheldon and Beck.
